Hi hotp,
The Tweak tool is for Windows XP so you can't use it in Win2K.
BTW, the link that posted by Ken should work fine in Win2K - Enable auto login in Win2K then you can go to your desktop directly when you start up the machine.

I answered you in another thread,

Please notice that Windows Server product does not allowed to be enabling "Auto Login".

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your posting.
As I have tested, you can use the following steps to achieve this goal:
1. Download TweakUI.exe from the link below:
Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
2. Install Tweakui on the win2k3 system.
3. Open it from Start->Program files->Power toy for windows XP->TweakUI
4. Extend Logon->Autologon
5. Check logon automatically at system startup
6. Click Set password button to key in the administrator password, click OK.
7. Restart the machine, which is a domain controller, the machine autologon use the administrator account.
Let me know how this works out and the results of the suggested tasks listed above.
I look forward to your reply.
Have a nice day!
