Dear Sir,
The problem is now one of my company user using Apple iPhone but she can't connect with company Exchange Server after adopted their easy interface for Exchange Server 2007.
I checked those e-mail, Domain name and login and password but still failure. What I could do?
As I checked Apple's web site -
http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1654073 and follow their suggestion. However it still can't work.
Then I checked all ActiveSync setting at company Exchange Server 2007 from Technet
1)IIS Manager to enable Exchange 2007 ActiveSync
2)Enable Exchange ActiveSync for a User
3)Use the Exchange Management Console to Create an Exchange ActiveSync mailbox policy
4)Add Users to an Exchange ActiveSync Mailbox Policy
For 1 and 4, we adopted Default policy and I checked Default Policy, we haven't enable password setting too and we allowed all devices for connection.
What I had missing or can you suggest the steps I follow so as to solve the problem?
