    今天突然我用OE6 不能接收Exchange 2003 server 的email, 問題是不能authentication user name and password, 但telnet 110 and 25 port 無問題 , 而OE6 出現以下error :

    There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'Chan Tai Man', Server: 'mail.abc.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR The server has rejected your request.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

    另外我在公司用OWA 也是同樣情況, 請問是什麼問題?

    您好，

    1. 请确认是所有人都遇到这样的问题，还是只是个别用户报这样的错误。

    2. 请确认您的EXCHANGE上POP3协议是否要求开始SSL验证，而您的OE是否也启用了SSL验证！

    3. OWA和POP3使用不一样的协议连接服务器，因此不可能报这样的错误！请您确认一下OWA具体是什么情况。

    今天我回公司見到event log 內有ID: 481, 705, 1159, 1005, 8197, 9175. 我已把Information store service restart 後就send / receive mail 和OWA 回覆正常了. 請問是什么問題呢? 有其他事要注意嗎?
