SBS2003 After Transition Problem

We have an installation of SBS2003 Standard edition, this product was

purchased as a clean install and has been upgraded to SBS 2003 SP2. We

purchased the SBS2003 transition pack as we're nearing the 75 user

limit and need to add more users.

Ok, now heres the problem, i ran the SBS2003 SP2 transition pack, after

preparing the server using the supplied instructions.

Now when it restarts, SBS2003 console's are gone and the license

section says Cannot load a critical system file, c:\windows\system32

\sbscrdll.dll. So you can not load CAL's.
