Excel 2002 can't open 2003 version or above.

  I received a excel file 2003 version, the file size is 2.9MB and contains some pictures. When I open it, there is a error message box pop up.

  "Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

  The information you were sorking on might be lost............................................, Recover my work and restart Microsoft Excel".

  I had download and install the file "FILEFORMATCONVERTER.EXE" from Microsoft but in the same result.

  If I deleted the pictures and save it in the 2003 version, I can open it by Excel 2002. Why?

  I want to know how to fixed this problem.
