    Hi,

I guess there may have some error on the hardware, such as RAM.

You may need to check what happen when the PC being reboot, you can review the event log -> System Log from Control Panel, check if there have any error on this log.

Also, if it is the problem immediately after you upgrade to SP2? Is there have any latency program installed?

    1) Does it always happen? When it 1st happen?
    2) Have you installed any hardware/software recently?
    3) if you have installed some new software maybe you can try to restore you computer into previous state. (before that issue happen first time)
    4) Have you try to recovery your windows? If not, maybe you can have a try. <-- That would be a good option, in my opinion
    5) Also
You can also try the following
Right click on my computer and select Properties
Then on "Advanced" click on "Startup and Recovery Settings"
    Then unclick "Automatically restart"

    Good Luck

I guess you should make it post on Window Client Section.
