How to recover the Language Bar in my Windows 7 RC1 RRS feed

    I lost the Language Bar in the Task Bar of my Windows 7 RC 1.  I've try to right click in the Task Bar-->Tool Bar; there was NO selection of 'Language Bar" as yesterday!  When I start the Office, I can't troggle the Chinese Input with Ctrl+SpaceBar, and show the Input condition.

    Please help me to recover the Language Bar, as I've got such problem 3 days ago, I re-install the Windows 7 at last; I don't want to do it again!!
