Dear Customer,
Thank you for your update.
Based on my research since receiving your post, here I provide some suggestions to resolve this issue:
Suggestion 1:
======================
1. Click Remote tab in My Computer Property of the addressed desktop
2. Click Select Remote Users to check if the accounts you are using are in the list then click OK.
3. If it is not in the list above, please right click My Computer then left click Manage.
4. Check the Administrator group and the Remote Desktop User group to see if the accounts are in them.
Suggestion 2:
======================
1. Click Remote tab in My Computer Property of the addressed desktop
2. Uncheck and then check Remote Desktop check box
3. You may try to make terminal session again.
Suggestion 3:
======================
1. Click Run in Start menu then Type cmd and click OK.
2. Type netstat -na then press enter to check if the port 3389 is in the status of listening
3. From the server or those workstations, type "telnet IP or computer name of the desktop 3389" then press enter to see if it is successful
Suggestion 4:
=====================
1. Restart the computer.
2. Keep pressing F8 key until the Windows Startup menu appears.
3. Choose the Safe Mode With Netwrok, and press Enter.
4. Try to make RD again
Note: Some third party applications and hardware devices cannot be used during Safe Mode.
Suggestion 5:
=====================
If it disappears after booting into safe mode, you may try clean boot to confirm the application which incurs this issue.
1. Click Start, click Run, type msconfig in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. On the General tab, click Selective Startup, and then clear the Process System.ini File, Process WIn.ini File, and Load Startup Items check boxes. You cannot clear the Use Original Boot.ini check box.
3. On the Services tab, select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
4. Click OK, and then click Restart to restart your computer.
5. After Windows starts, determine whether the symptoms still occur.
6. Click Start, click Run, type msconfig in the Open box, and then click OK.
7. On the General tab, select the Process System.ini File check box, click OK, and then click Restart to restart the computer. If the issue continues, the issue is with an entry in your System.ini file. If the issue does not continue, repeat this step for the Process Win.ini File, Load Startup Items, and Load System Services check boxes until the issue occurs. After the issue occurs, the last item that you selected is the item where the issue is occurring.
Please let me know the results at your earliest convenience. If you have any concerns on the above, please feel free to post back and I am happy to answer any of your questions.
Sincerely,
