    I'm already install activesyn 4.5 on computer.my computer system is XP.sp2. system can't find my mobile(display undevice on usb prot) sometime.when my mobile connect to my computer.

    Hi,

    Sometimes if you connect to internet via GPRS, you may can't connect to pc via activesync. Please disable GPRS connection and try again.

    一般Window mobile都有高容量模式,意指連接USB後,電腦會新增一個drive供傳送檔案之用

    試試以這個模式使用一下,看看是否電話本身問題.
