    We are using ADRMS, and have different version of outlook, included 2007, 2013 and 2016.

    For RMS email, fm outlook 2007 send to other outlook 2007 receiver is normal

    2007 to 2013 and 2016 cannot be open and has error (upward)

    2016 to 2013 is OK (downward)

    2016 to 2007 is OK (downward)

    That is RMS email cannot send fm 2007 to newer version which has error but 2016 can send to their older version 2007 or 2013.

    Today I tried to reinstall a outlook 2007 that I can read the RMS email fm 2007, even I reopen it by 2016, It also can open. That is when the RMS email issued by 2007, I only can read it fm 2007, but if it been opened by 2007, even I use outlook 2016, same email also can be open.

    Do any one has the experience and how can I solve to open by newer version than 2007?
