Questions on Client Access License for Windows Server 2012 RRS feed

    We are planning to setup 2 PCs with Windows Server 2012 to be installed. Please advise how many client access license(CAL) we are required to purchase. 

    1. A PC will be used as file server and around 300 users will access the PC to read and store files in it.

    2. SharePoint Foundation will be installed for intranet use. 2 subsites will be setup. 1 subsite required authentication for around 30 users, another subsite does not require authentication such that all users in intranet can access it.
