My AD (2012R2) cannot be promoted or demoted RRS feed

    Hi Support,

    My AD is Win2012R2. I have a domain called slcss.edu.hk. I have (other DC / Win Server) which is failed to demote or promote. The error message is that "The specific domain either does not exist or cannot be contacted".

    Moreover, I have an Win10 client which can join this domain without error. Attached please find the screen of error messages for all reference. Please help !!!
