User accessing OWA Premium failed to load CSS style sheet after installation of rollup 3 RRS feed

  • 問題

  • Hi

    We have a user complaining that when he can login to OWA premium, but is not working properly.

    After examining the page source file, we found that the IE is trying to access the following

    CSS style sheets:

    <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="">
    <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="">

    On the server, only theme/base and themes/base.Rollup3.dist exist. The loading of the

    CSS style sheets failed.

    We did apply rollup3 last month, but other users, no matter they are created before the

    installation of Rollup3 or after, are simply using the style sheet:

    <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="">
    <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="">

    We do customize the logon.aspx file, but the changes are based on the new logon.aspx

    and should not cause any problem, otherwise, we are already flooded by telephone calls.

    The strange thing is why the user is binded to the rollup3 css style sheet? Is there something being

    written to the user's Exchange database?

    How can we fix it? As simple as renaming the IIS directory from base.Rollup3.dist to base.Rollop3?

    Is there any pointer to KB article regarding this?
