    i changed the users mailboxes Display Name on AD, but i don't know why it can't update on outlook mailboexs name.

    It can update on the mail display name & OWA. Thank

    Hello Keith,

     

    最間單和直接[ 方法就是再check一次name在 outlook的 profile account setting.這樣就會 updateoutlook內的 mailbox display name…
