How to Disable safemode or prohibits normal user login to safemode in XP

  Hi,

  My company has a new security rules that disable the safemode or prohibits normal user login to safemode in XP (mainly notebook PC).  It aims to restrict unauthorized access even in safemode.  Is there a way to disable it?  Any idea?  Thanks.
