    你好,

    我在某一User的OWA內set了當User收發mail時會auto forward 去另一個account的rules. 我在OWA測試時發現當這user 收mail時可auto forward 到另一個account, 但發mail 時就不可以. 後來我再check 另外兩個account 較早前的auto forward rules 就無問題. 我比較過那兩個account 的auto forward setting 是一樣的, 為什么會有一個account 會有這問題呢? 請賜教. Thanks...

    您好，请告之您使用的exchange的版本？是2003还是2007？规则是如何设置的？ 请确认其他规则不会影响到该规则的生效。
    建议您删掉该有问题账号的其他规则，只设置该一条规则测试一下。

    我是用Windows Server 2003 SP1 和 Exchange 2003 SP2. 規則是在user OWA 的Rules 內set 的.

    怎確定其他規則不會影響到該規則的生效? 其他user 的rules 我也這樣set 的, 但又沒問題啊. 請賜教. Thanks...

    can share the error or any NDR message for the auto forward failure account? Also, the failur account and success account is it forward to the same email account or domain?

    friendly reminder:
    Windows 2003 SP1 alrady expire Micrsoft lifecycle. I would recommend plan to upgarde Windows 2003 Sp2 ASAP.
