vista dreamscene to show tv card image

  i have a hp pavilion a6126hk. i wonder if i upgrade to vista ultimate that has dreamscene feature, instead of choosing a .avi file to play on the windows desktop background, can i configure it to show the image of tv card? i hope microsoft provides this feature.
