    I can go to the login page at my front end , but after login can not redirect to my HK server mailbox

    but if i am using https://hkserverip/owa I can see my mailbox

    Hi exchangebb,

     

    Which version is your Exchange server 2007? RTM or SP1?

     

    Does your Exchange organization has Exchange server 2003 as the front end server?

     

    Where does the problematic mailbox resides? Exchange server 2003 back end server or Exchange server 2007 mailbox server?

     

    but if i am using https://hkserverip/owa I can see my mailbox . Can you open your mailbox successfully?

     

    If the issue is affecting Exchange 2003 users, you can refer to the following article:

    If the issue involves multiple AD sites, and therefore proxy and redirection, see <http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb310763.aspx>. Integrated Windows Authentication must be enabled on the /owa virtual directory and the external URL should be empty on the CAS server in the proxy site. If not configured correctly event ID 41 for source MSExchange OWA will be generated in the application log on the CAS server.
