Our company is using MS Server 2003 R2 Standard version. Recently we experience random crash and today is the most serious one.
There is black screen and no response. After we check and fix all the SATA cables, it works again. When we login, the screen shows the captioned error. We then send the error report to Microsoft and it reports there is a problem with the antivirus
software. But we have been using Symantec from the beginning.
Why there is a problem? How can I collect the error logs for more information?
