Based on my research, you may refer to the following steps:
1. Boot into safe mode.
2. Uninstall the SP.
3. Boot into normal mode.
4. Manually download the SP again.
5. Boot into safe mode again.
6. Re-install the SP.
7. Reboot to Normal mode.
