Change OEM license to Open license

  Hi, thanks for reading my question first.

  Our company has a physical server with OEM server 2008 license (brought from OEM brand A). If this OEM server (brand A) failure and the only way to do is to recovery this server to another brand B server, can we change the OEM key to an open license after the recovery to solve the license issue (as we need to recovery that server with the setting).
