    I am using windows 2008 and iis7.
    All the error of asp will show "500 - Internal server error.There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.".
    Even I set the iis7 as below operation
    "Enable Client-side Debugging" to True
    "Enable Server-side Debugging" to True
    "Send Errors To Browser" to True

    Whether iis7 have not debugging function?

    This error is generating from Windows IIS directly, not from .NET, so all the ways you mention cannot show the debug information.

    Actually, your error is showing you that you have not enabling IIS role & ASP.NET from Windows Features. Please reinstall them and it should be sovled.
