Biography
I have been implementing CRM solutions for clients since 1999. I have worked with many different CRM applications (Onyx, Seibel, MS CRM) and have successfully implemented CRM projects on all the different platforms. Currently I focus on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product. It is the process and methodology that can ensure the success of a CRM project. I believe in the value that a properly executed CRM project can do for our clients. Focusing the project on the business pain points and structuring the project around understanding the clients business processes and designing a CRM system to enhance their processes and elimante the business pains they have. I enjoy the project work and also mentoring and teaching other consultants to build a team that can deliver successful CRM projects for our clients.
