I have a problem with Live OneCare. I have a subscription that is paid for until July 21/2009. However, somebody told me last week that LiveOneCare is no good so I uninstalled it off both my desktop and my laptop and installed AVG. AVG did not install properly on my Desktop and I could not uninstall it but it did uninstall okay off the laptop. Then I reinstalled LiveOneCare to my desktop and ran a complete scan. System Status is saying Fair. I will NOT install Explorer 8 or whatever it is. I tried to Backup but it won't let me backup to a CD/DVD. I tried to install LiveOneCare to my laptop but it won't let me. I think it is because OneCare allows three computers. The first time I installed it would have used 2 two computers. Now the install on Desktop for the 2nd time is probably the third computer and when I try to install again on the laptop it is being counted as the 4th computer. How in heck do I contact a LIVE technician that can understand all this and straighten it out NOW
