Hello Dennymart,
Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:
OGA Data-->
Office Status: 103 Blocked VLK
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 - 103 Blocked VLK
Microsoft Office Visio Professional 2007 - 100 Genuine
OGA Version: Registered, 2.0.48.0

Office Diagnostics: B4D0AA8B-604-645_025D1FF3-230-1_E2AD56EA-765-d003_E2AD56EA-766-0_E2AD56EA-134-80004005Your Toshiba Satellite computer has two installations of Office-family products, Office Professional Plus 2007 and Visio Professional 2007. As you mentioned, Office is reporting as nongenuine while Visio is reporting as Genuine.
I think the key to your situation lies in the particular media and product keys used to do your installations. The bolded values below indicate that you used Volume Licensing media and Volume Licensing Product Keys to install your products:
="{90120000-0011-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}"><LegitResult>103</LegitResult><Name>Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007</Name><Ver>12</Ver><Val>C0A25836FDBE5AC</Val><Hash>FmDbcrRY1pTOcrz4ZUZRHhpUuc0=</Hash><Pid>89409-726-2958074-65718</Pid><PidType>14</PidType></Product><Product GUID="{90120000-0051-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}"><LegitResult>100</LegitResult><Name>Microsoft Office Visio Professional 2007</Name><Ver>12</Ver><Val>3AB862DE70D8D86</Val><Hash>UfpXsJvSSVcPufbDdjd0NK73+ug=</Hash><Pid>89405-707-4159871-63675</Pid><PidType>14</PidType
Reports from other posters who have acquired produts thru the Home Use Program (HUP) show bolded values that would indicate retail licensed products, which is how HUP products are classified by Microsoft. Those values would be 9112 in the GUID, 9xx for the middle value of the PID, and 1 as the Pid Type value.
So the bottom line on all of this is that the current installations of Office and Visio are nongenuine because they are Volume Licensing installations that you do not have a license for.
The reason for the current problem could be something as innocuous as using the wrong installation discs and product keys under the asumption that there is no difference between the discs and keys that the IT guys use at work vs the discs and keys you should have received under the HUP program. There is as difference. The original "corporate" installation discs for Microsoft software will have such phrases as "All use subject to Volume Licensing Agreement" and "Unlicensed software" and "Not for OEM or retail distribution. Not for resale." HUP programs discs do not have these phrases.
However this problem should be fixable---uninstall the current installations, restart twice, and using the HUP installation discs and the HUP product keys, install your HUP-acquired products.
