Regarding: Chat Software Integration with MS CRM 2011 RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    We have one requirement for our client i.e the Client has one website and wants to have an integrated application for Live Chat from where his Customers can have a Live Chat with the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). The CSRs will be CRM Users.

    Please assist.

  • I've had good success with WhosOn as Nandan21 mentioned. Its OOTB integration with CRM is good, and I've been able to put together some interesting custom integrations between it and CRM, too.
