Biography
I have been in the IT industry for the past 13 years. I work as a solution lead for Dimension Data and have extensive grounding in the underlying technologies required to support Unified Communications. I have a number of software and data certifications.
I am passionate about improving clients’ communication experience by integrating presence and identity information into their communication channels. I am a UC evangelist.
In my space time I enjoy watching movies, playing Xbox and reading. One of my favourite past times is cricket and football.
