Biography
Searching to Design and Implement Uunified Communications, IP Telephony and Contact Center Solutions... I am the right person for you.
I have worked over 6 years in Tetracom where I have installed, configured and managed different lines of Nortel,Cisco, LG-Ericsson and Microsoft products mainly UC, IP-PBXs and Contact Centers. I have gained technical expertise in these fields.
I am dynamic, determined, communicative, autonomous and pro-active.I have Leadership character with negotiation skills, i am capable of learning fast, I like to be in the field, in constant relationships with the customers, suppliers and co-workers.I also enjoy a great experience in marketing, sales and sale negotiations.
I currently live in Lebanon and i speak fluently 3 languages (English, French and Arabic).
