Biography
✔ Has been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2005 (1.2 to 2013), and has been responsible for the full life cycle of CRM projects in all industries. A thinker, Pedro has come with innovative ways to use Dynamics CRM, developing vertical solutions that were added to his employer's offer. Pedro is also experienced in designing the architecture of CRM integrations with ERP's, SIG's, Intranets, Web Sites, Telecommunications Platforms and Payment Systems.
✔ Started as a developer, but soon also began analysing requirements, writing functional and technical analysis documents and being responsible for the project delivery. After 3 years working on CRM development and analysis Pedro also began managing CRM projects, ensuring that the team delivers the project on-time and on-budget. During this period, Pedro developed strong communication skills and therefore became more involved with presales and the whole tendering process (analyse the RFP/RFI/RFT, writing proposals and defining it's price),
