Biography
I have been involved in network administration and operating system support since 1998. After spending 10 years in the health and human services field working with disadvantaged youth, while honing my classroom management skills, I now work for Carbonite, Inc. as a Technical Training Specialist. I am a CompTIA and Microsoft Certified Technical Trainer.
Currently, I have an MCP/MCSA certification in current enterprise technologies, with an emphasis on Windows Intune, Office365 and administering GPO for BYOD Enterprise Network environments. I have an MTA in Windows Server Fundamentals, as well as an MCP in Exchange 2013 Solutions. I also have a CompTIA Linux+ certification, LPIC-1 certification, as well as the SUSE Certified Linux Administrator and Data Center Technical Specialist certifications.
My current position utilizes my detailed knowledge of leading technologies to deliver complete trainings that focus on the future of disaster recovery and resilient data storage strategies for all business s
