We have the Customer Portal set up to allow customers to book onto events. This creates campaign responses in the CRM. However, sometimes it does not create them and just creates a lead with source campaign empty. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a bug or can it be resolved?
Would you mind sharing code that you are using to create campaign response from Customer Portal?
